Formación

• Minimum of 3 years of recruitment experience, ideally with IT focus.
• At least 1 year of Full Life Cycle Recruiting experience.
• Advanced proficiency in English.

• Facilitate candidate interviews with clients.
• Conduct candidate negotiations and initiate the hiring process.
• Tailor recruitment strategies for client requirements.
• Collaborate with sales for business development.
