Solvo Global Inc. is seeking a Customer Service Representative to deliver outstanding chat support for beauty customers, handling inquiries, troubleshooting issues, order updates, and general account assistance.

You will maintain up-to-date product knowledge, use templates for consistency, document interactions in the database, and collaborate with team leads to meet KPIs and ensure a high-quality customer experience.

• Assist customers via chat with product purchases, order status inquiries, service-related questions, and general support needs.
• Troubleshoot issues and provide accurate solutions while ensuring a positive customer experience.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, procedures, and industry trends.
• Deliver professional, courteous, and high-quality service in every interaction.
• Utilize chat communication templates to ensure consistency and efficiency.
• Accurately document all customer interactions in the internal database.
• Collaborate with Team Leads, Trainers, Quality Advocates, and Managers to meet performance goals and continuously improve.
• Meet and exceed established KPIs while maintaining excellence in customer satisfaction.
