Job summary

Solera Corporation is seeking a Sales Support to ensure timely responses to postings and follow-up on insurance-related cases. You will track payments from HDI and Equidad, and help meet the revenue targets for Autoonline while coordinating with cross-functional teams.

The ideal candidate has an engineering/technical background, experience with spare parts and insurance portals, and strong MS Office skills. Teamwork, adaptability, and service mindset are essential.

Qualifications

• Engineer or technical background in mechanics, industrial administration, or related fields.
• Experience in administration and control of spare parts or insurance company portals.
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Strong teamwork and problem-solving abilities; ability to adapt to change.

Responsibilities

• Ensure timely responses to publications and property transfers and track payments from HDI and Equidad to meet revenue targets in Autoonline.
• Respond to posts promptly, follow up on cases assigned to buyers, and monitor payments.
• Manage cases with expired RTM for HDI and Equidad insurance and meet the sales budget objectives.
