Job summary

Lean Solutions Group is seeking a proactive Carrier Sales Representative to source reliable trucking companies, secure capacity, and ensure on‑time pickups and deliveries in Bogotá, Colombia.

You will build carrier relationships, negotiate competitive rates, match loads with qualified carriers, and monitor shipments while coordinating with internal teams to maintain service quality and accurate data.

Qualifications

• Experience in Carrier Sales, Carrier Management, Freight Brokerage, Transportation, or Logistics.
• Ability to source, negotiate, and book carriers for freight shipments.
• Strong communication and coordination across internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Source safe, reliable trucking companies to cover shipments.
• Develop and maintain relationships with carriers and negotiate rates.
• Match loads with carriers based on capacity and requirements.
• Place bids and secure carrier capacity for assigned loads.
• Monitor shipment progress and provide ETA updates and issue resolution.
• Maintain accurate load and carrier data in systems and generate reports.
