Responsibilities

• Coordinate vehicle transportation with carriers.
• Negotiate freight rates with auto hauling carriers.
• Source, develop, and maintain relationships with reliable vehicle transport carriers.
• Coordinate vehicle pickups and deliveries across locations.
• Manage daily shipments and ensure timely transportation.
• Monitor market conditions, carrier availability, and pricing trends.
• Communicate load details, updates, and requirements to carriers and internal teams.
• Resolve transportation issues with urgency and professionalism.
• Identify opportunities to expand the carrier network and improve operational efficiency.
• Meet and exceed monthly performance and sales goals.
• Maintain accurate shipment records and updates in internal systems.
