Formación

• Mandatory experience in Carrier Sales within the transportation and logistics industry.
• Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
• Experience using load boards such as DAT, Truckstop, or similar platforms.
• English proficiency at B2 level or higher.

Responsabilidades

• Source, onboard, and develop relationships with trucking carriers.
• Negotiate rates while maintaining company profitability goals.
• Secure carrier capacity to cover customer freight needs.
• Monitor shipments and proactively resolve service issues.
