You will negotiate competitive freight rates, ensuring margins meet company targets while maintaining operational compliance. Ideal candidates should have a degree or relevant experience, at least 2 years in logistics, and strong negotiation skills. Formación

• 2+ years experience in logistics or freight brokerage is preferred.
• Proven negotiation and closing skills.
• Strong knowledge of FTL/LTL market.

Responsabilidades

• Source and secure carriers for minimum 10 loads daily.
• Negotiate rates to achieve at least 22% margin per load.
• Build and maintain relationships with carriers.

Conocimientos

Negotiation skills

Knowledge of U.S. transportation market

Ability to work in fast-paced environment

Intermediate to advanced English

Educación

Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience
