Lean Solutions Group is seeking an experienced Carrier Sales professional to build strong relationships with carriers and drivers while moving freight efficiently across the U.S. market. You will source, qualify, and manage loads, negotiate rates, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely execution.

• Must have experience in Carrier Sales, Freight Brokerage, Logistics Sales, or similar.
• Able to negotiate rates and secure capacity for loads.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Advanced English required for US market interactions.

Are you an experienced Carrier Sales professional with a background in freight brokerage, logistics, or transportation? Join our team and help us build strong carrier relationships while keeping freight moving efficiently across the U.S. market.

What you'll do:

• Source, qualify, and build relationships with carriers and drivers.

What we’re looking for:

• 1-3 years of experience in Carrier Sales, Freight Brokerage, Logistics Sales, or a similar role.


• Experience working with U.S. transportation or freight operations.


• Strong negotiation and communication skills.


• Experience sourcing and booking carriers is highly valued.


• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.


• Advanced English.
