Iron Peak Solutions is a freight brokerage that values a carrier sales mindset. We are hiring a Carrier Sales BDR to get on the phone, build real carrier relationships, and grow a book of business you own.

This outbound, hunting-first role means you negotiate rates, book loads, and keep carriers calling you back. No hand-offs, just you and the relationships you establish, with base pay plus uncapped incentives.

Formación

• Experience in carrier sales, freight brokerage, outbound sales, or cold calling.
• Comfort with high call volume and rejection; rewards consistency.
• Strong negotiation and rapport-building skills.
• Familiarity with DAT or TS; clear, professional English.
• Self-motivated and competitive; you create leads, not wait for them.

Iron Peak Solutions is a freight brokerage specializing in Flatbed, Van, and Reefer freight. We're hiring a Carrier Sales BDR to get on the phone, build real carrier relationships, and grow a book of business that's yours to keep.

This is an outbound, hunting-first role, but it's not lead-gen for someone else's pipeline. Every carrier relationship you build, you own. You negotiate the rates, you book the loads, and you keep that carrier calling you back instead of someone else. No hand-offs, no shared inbox, just you and the relationships you build.

What you'll own

• High-volume outbound calling to prospect new carriers across Flatbed, Van, and Reefer capacity
• Qualifying carriers on authority, insurance, equipment, and lanes before bringing them into the network
• Negotiating rates and booking loads directly with the carriers you've built relationships with a growing book of carrier relationships that's yours to manage and grow over time.

What you need

• Experience in carrier sales, freight brokerage, outbound sales, or cold calling; industry experience is a plus but not required if you've got real outbound sales instincts.
• Genuine comfort with high call volume and rejection; this role rewards consistency and persistence
• Strong negotiation and rapport-building skills, on a cold call and months into a relationship.
• Familiarity with tools like DAT or TS is a plus - Clear, professional English communication.
• A self-motivated, competitive mindset; you're not waiting for leads, you're creating them and keeping them.
