Lean Solutions Group is seeking an experienced Carrier Sales professional with a focus on Drayage to drive carrier sourcing, rate negotiations, and capacity management for drayage shipments. The role emphasizes building strong carrier relationships, negotiating competitive terms, and ensuring timely coverage in a fast-paced environment.

Candidates should have 2+ years in carrier sales – drayage, proven leadership, and excellent English (B2–C1).

Formación

• 2+ years in Carrier Sales – Drayage required.
• Previous leadership experience required.
• Strong negotiation skills with direct carrier engagement.
• Solid knowledge of Drayage transportation operations.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
• English level B2–C1 required.

• English level B2–C1 (required).
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
