KeyNest is hiring a bilingual Customer Support Representative in Colombia. You will be the first point of contact for guests, hosts and partners, providing support across phone, email and live chat. The role emphasizes ownership and problem solving in a fast-paced, fully remote environment.

We welcome applicants fluent in English plus at least one of Spanish, Italian, or French, with 2+ years in customer support or related roles. Flexible shifts and cross-country teamwork are offered.

Formación

• Minimum 2 years in customer support or a customer-facing role.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Comfortable handling calls and remote work environment.
• Experience in hospitality, travel, or tech is beneficial.

Responsabilidades

• Provide exceptional customer support via phone, email, and live chat.
• Resolve issues from first contact to resolution with ownership.
• Coordinate with Operations and Technical Support as needed.
• Document interactions accurately in internal systems.
