Huzzle is seeking a versatile and professional Bilingual Customer Service Representative to join our growing team. You will be the primary point of contact for our diverse customer base, providing seamless support in both English and Spanish from a fully remote setting.

This independent contractor role focuses on handling inbound and outbound calls, resolving issues, documenting interactions in the CRM, and upholding KPIs for quality and satisfaction while collaborating with international teams.

Formación

• Fluency in both English and Spanish (written and verbal).
• Proven experience in a customer service or call center environment.
• Strong active listening skills and the ability to demonstrate empathy toward customer needs.
• Proficiency with basic computer systems and CRM software.
• Ability to multitask and navigate between different software applications while speaking with customers.
• Previous experience in a remote call center setting.

Responsabilidades

• Manage inbound and outbound calls professionally in both English and Spanish.
• Address customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and provide accurate information about products or services.
• Maintain detailed and accurate records of all customer interactions within the company database.
• Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department while ensuring a smooth hand-off for the customer.
• Meet or exceed key performance indicators (KPIs) related to call quality, resolution time, and customer satisfaction.
