Resolv Global is seeking a bilingual English/Spanish Customer Experience Specialist to join the on-site team in Barranquilla, Colombia, supporting customers of a global fitness, health, and lifestyle brand. You will handle calls, emails and chats across memberships, orders, and general product questions, delivering a positive customer experience.

Ideal candidates communicate fluently in English and Spanish, are empathetic and detail-oriented, and comfortable working on-site with varied customer

Formación

• In English and Spanish communication, written and spoken.
• Experience in customer service or call centers preferred.
• Empathetic, patient and solution-focused.

Responsabilidades

• Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions via phone, email and live chat.
• Assist customers with account and membership inquiries.
• Support membership retention and cancellation requests.
• Help customers with orders, order status, tracking and coupon codes.
• Investigate concerns and provide timely resolutions.
• Explain policies and available solutions clearly.
• Document interactions accurately in the systems.
• Escalate complex issues while owning the customer experience.
• Switch between English and Spanish based on customer needs.
