Corvia Consulting is seeking a bilingual Case Manager (English/Spanish) to join one of our client firms in a remote capacity with a U.S.-based personal injury practice.

You will manage cases from intake to resolution, coordinate medical records, draft legal documents, and communicate with clients, attorneys, insurers, and providers. Strong organization and clear communication are essential.

Formación

• Fluent in English and Spanish (written and spoken).
• Experience in personal injury case management or similar legal support role preferred.
• Able to manage multiple cases and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient with MS Office, Google Workspace, and legal case management software.

Responsabilidades

• Manage a caseload of personal injury cases from intake through resolution.
• Serve as primary contact for clients; provide regular updates and ensure excellent client experience.
• Coordinate medical treatment, request records, and manage billing documentation.
• Work with attorneys to keep cases moving efficiently and support case strategy.
• Draft correspondence, case summaries, and other legal documents.
