Concentrix in Bogota seeks an Associate, Sales Development - Bilingual to onboard ISVs, guide them to publish on the commercial marketplace, and partner with vendors to activate technical consults and GTM sessions. You will manage vendor pipelines, nurture relationships, and help ISVs reach publication dates while coordinating feedback with Microsoft and internal teams.

Bachelor’s degree in business, IT, marketing or related field.
English B2+ and Spanish fluency required.
1 year of B2B sales and marketing experience; 1 year of account management.
IT industry experience; familiarity with modern selling techniques.
Proficient with productivity tools and CRM usage.

Responsabilidades

Onboard ISVs into ISV Success and explain marketplace value and engagement expectations.
Activate technical consults and Go-To-Market Planning sessions.
Pipeline management of vendors through proactive outreach to meet publication dates.
Nurture and activate vendors through regular emails and meetings.
Track progression toward build/publish/grow milestones and re-engage ISVs for new cycles.
Collect and share insights and quotes from vendors to inform Microsoft.
Identify blockers and report issues to Microsoft.
