SnappyCX, Inc. is seeking a bilingual Medical Receptionist / On-Call Weekend Coordinator to support a home care agency client.

The role is remote and requires fluent English and Spanish, with the ability to manage high call volumes and time-sensitive staffing matters in a HIPAA-compliant environment. The ideal candidate will be highly computer savvy, organized, and able to navigate multiple systems while working independently in a remote setting.

Formación

• Fluent in English and Spanish, with professional experience in healthcare.
• Experience supporting U.S. healthcare or home care environments preferred.
• Strong communicator able to handle high call volumes and sensitive information.

Responsabilidades

• Answer and route high-volume calls relating to staffing and patient needs.
• Monitor caregiver attendance for HHA and PDN cases and coordinate coverage.
• Document updates in HHA Exchange and other agency systems accurately.
• Escalate urgent matters to supervisors and maintain HIPAA-compliant logs.
