SnappyCX is seeking a Bilingual Clinical Care Coordinator to remotely support a US-based healthcare practice. You will liaison between patients, providers, insurers, and the care team to ensure timely, well-coordinated care.

Responsibilities include scheduling, referrals, authorizations, and EHR documentation. The ideal candidate has clinical knowledge, strong patient communication, and HIPAA familiarity, with English/Spanish proficiency.

Formación

• Clinical background required; nursing/medical credentials encouraged.
• Strong English communication and bilingual Spanish skills preferred.
• Experience with US-based healthcare practices and HIPAA compliance.

Responsabilidades
