The Credit Pros is seeking a bilingual Customer Service Representative to support clients via phone, email, and chat, resolving billing inquiries, account questions, and platform issues while delivering empathetic, solutions-focused service.

You will collaborate with Client Success, Technical Support, Operations, and other teams in a fast-paced, remote environment. Two languages required; prior CX experience preferred; must be organized and detail-oriented.

Formación

• Two languages fluent, with strong written and spoken communication in each.
• 2+ years in customer service, client support, or call center environments preferred.
• Experience using CRM platforms and office software is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, and chat following policies.
• Provide timely assistance with account questions, billing inquiries, and platform issues.
• Deliver empathetic, solution-focused support that improves client experience.
• Troubleshoot client concerns and resolve issues efficiently where possible.
• Escalate complex technical or account issues to internal teams as needed.
• Follow up to ensure timely and complete resolutions for client concerns.
• Maintain accurate client records and document conversations in systems.
