Formación

• 1-2 years of customer service experience in B2C financial and banking services.
• Available for an 8-hour shift in Eastern Time Zone, Monday to Saturday.
• Knowledge of the United States credit industry.

Responsabilidades

• Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
• Use TCP's tools for daily operations.
• Investigate and provide accurate solutions.
