Day Translations, Inc. is seeking a Customer Support Representative to handle client calls and chats. You will be first point of contact for service information and project follow-ups, working remotely worldwide.

The ideal candidate has experience in customer support, bilingual abilities, and knowledge of language and translation services. Strong cross-cultural communication and professionalism are essential, with full commitment during scheduled hours.

Formación

• Proven experience in customer support or customer service
• Advanced verbal and written communication skills in English (Native or C1)
• Knowledge of the translation industry is a plus
• Excellent cross-cultural and interpersonal communication skills
• Important: full professional commitment during scheduled working hours; no conflicting employment

Responsabilidades

• Answer chats, phone calls, and emails to external clients thoroughly and in a timely fashion
• Educate clients about costs and procedures of interpreting, translation, localization services, as well as other solutions offered by Day Translations
• Process inbound leads and help Project Managers define the scope of projects
• Inform clients about the current status of projects
• Forward information/messages from chat or phone to the appropriate departments
• Report activity in tracking systems and communicate on task completion
• Adhere to applicable policies and procedures
• Documentation and other side tasks assigned
