Ring is seeking a bilingual Technical Customer Support specialist to assist Spanish and English speaking customers with device and account issues, both online and by phone. You will troubleshoot, document problems, and guide customers to effective resolutions while ensuring security and privacy policies are followed.

Formación

• 2+ years of customer service experience.
• Fluent in Spanish (written and spoken) and able to communicate in English.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office.

Responsabilidades

• Provide prompt, efficient, detailed service by engaging directly with Ring's customers
• Serve as a voice and advocate for customers
• Understand how customers use Ring products to resolve issues and maximize their investments
• Report and address observed areas for improvement
• Develop detailed knowledge of product lines and features
• Handle various types of customer contact including chat, email, inbound and outbound voice calls
