Iron Mountain is seeking a dedicated bilingual Customer Service Agent to join our Customer Care team in Colombia. You'll bridge between clients and our global network, resolving inquiries, guiding digital interactions, and driving a seamless customer journey.

With at least 1 year in customer service or call center, you’ll communicate in English at C1 level, collaborate with operations, and support end-to-end service with a focus on accuracy and empathy.

Qualificações

• Minimum 1 year of experience in Customer Service, Call Center, or client care operations.
• Advanced English proficiency (C1).
• Academic bachelor's degree.
• Strong analytical and written communication skills.
• Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments with a focus on customer journey excellence.

Responsabilidades

• Manage customer cases using Salesforce CRM Service Cloud.
• Handle account closure and escalated issues with urgency.
• Remote-coach clients on digital interaction tools.
• Collaborate with operations and business units to deliver end-to-end service.
