Blackstone Medical Services is seeking an in-person candidate for an English-speaking role in the Medellín metropolitan area (Sabaneta, Antioquia). The position emphasizes empathy, autonomy, and clear communication, with a Monday–Friday schedule 8am–6pm in the USA calendar.

REQUIREMENTS

• We are looking for empathetic, multifaceted, passionate, autonomous people with a good conversational command of the English language (B2 onwards), that is, who can express their ideas clearly and assertively, as well as a high sense of integrity in their personal values.
• Time availability to work in person in the metropolitan area of Medellín (Sabaneta, Antioquia).
• It is important for us to have people with sufficient Emotional Intelligence and other soft skills, who are passionate about their personal goals and achievement oriented.
