Job summary

Seamless Assist is a locally owned home care agency connecting families with trained caregivers for personal care, companionship, and support. We seek a Client Intake & Care Support Coordinator to own inbox, respond to referrals, and move clients through signup end-to-end, freeing the Owner to focus on growth.

You are warm on the phone, bilingual in Spanish and English, and comfortable handling invoicing and light admin while respecting HIPAA and franchise requirements.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in a healthcare-adjacent role or medical administration.
• Bilingual in Spanish and English (written and spoken).
• Strong written and verbal communication in English; assessed at screening.
• Comfortable working without AI tools in day-to-day tasks.
• Must work Eastern Time business hours with peak lead-hour availability.
• Experience with lead follow-up or intake coordination preferred.
• Experience with invoicing and light paperwork preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage the inbox with a fast, attentive eye and triage inquiries.
• Own lead response and follow-up across two referral channels.
• Coordinate scheduling: calls first, visits only when needed.
• Provide invoicing support for partner referrals and keep records organized.
