Job Duck, LLC is seeking a Bilingual After‑Hours Intake Specialist to serve as the first point of contact for prospective and current clients, handling calls, intakes, scheduling consultations, and follow‑ups with professionalism and empathy. The role emphasizes after‑hours responsiveness and secure handling of sensitive information.

The position requires strong communication, prior intake experience, and a reliable remote setup.

Qualificações

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Prior experience as a Legal Intake Specialist or Intake Specialist.
• Experience in a law firm environment preferred.
• Client‑service focused mindset.
• Excellent time management and reliability.
• Ability to handle confidential information.
• Willingness to work after hours.

Responsabilidades

• Converting leads into scheduled consultations.
• Entering and updating lead and client information in the CRM/case management system.
• Processing payments over the phone while handling sensitive data securely.
• Assisting current clients with updates, scheduling, and routing needs.
• Following up with warm leads and callbacks.
• Conducting initial intake calls and gathering case information.
• Coordinating lead handoff and updates to the daytime intake team.
• Scheduling consultations with attorneys.
