Seamless Assist is hiring a Client Intake & Care Support Coordinator for a remote, part-time role. You will be the first, fastest, warm reply to families seeking in-home care and will help with scheduling and light billing behind the scenes.

Responsibilities include monitoring leads, multi-touch follow-ups, booking calls and visits, handling reschedules, and maintaining HIPAA-compliant records with care. The role requires 2+ years in healthcare-adjacent admin, strong English, ET-hours

Formación

• 2+ years in healthcare-adjacent administration.
• Strong written and verbal English.
• Available during Eastern Time business hours.
• Comfortable with non-AI handling of client tasks (HIPAA/compliance).
• Empathetic, detail-oriented, and reliable.

Responsabilidades

• Monitor incoming leads and respond within minutes of a new inquiry.
• Run a structured multi-touch follow-up cadence over the first two weeks after contact.
• Book qualified leads into the team calendar for calls and in-home visits.
• Handle ongoing follow-up touches with existing leads and clients with empathy.
• Manage rescheduling requests and keep the calendar accurate.
• Support recurring billing, invoicing, and compliance reporting.
• Operate within a secure, HIPAA-compliant handling of client information.
