Concentrix is seeking a dynamic leader to head a B2B sales team in a fast-paced environment. You will drive targets, forecast precisely in the CRM, and remove obstacles to accelerate opportunities while coaching and developing top performers.

Ideal candidates have 1.5+ years leading sales teams, strong English, and a passion for customer experience. SaaS/Cloud familiarity and change management skills are a plus.

Qualificações

• 1.5+ years leading a B2B sales team.
• Fluent in English (B2+).
• Experience in operations and strategy building.
• Proven coaching history.
• Track record of developing and retaining great employees.
• Experience maximizing revenue through best practices.
• Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM.
• Experience in change management.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the team to achieve targets and meet performance targets weekly/monthly/quarterly with high customer satisfaction.
• Provide accurate sales forecasting and maintain CRM data.
• Remove roadblocks to support sales opportunities.
• Monitor call time, productivity, and conduct weekly coaching sessions.
• Analyze data and trends to develop strategic sales plays.
• Stay informed on client services and market trends.
• Be point of escalation for clients and respond promptly.
• Maintain communication with Sales Director and clients to foster relationships.
• Work with client reporting and forecasting.
• Coordinate incentives and partner relationships to drive performance.
• Improve sales processes to enhance customer experience.
• Lead buying/renewal processes to improve client satisfaction.
