Job summary

BairesDev, a fully remote technology services leader, is seeking a Revenue Enablement Partner to edit, audit, and improve AI-generated outreach and onboarding content for sales roles. You will help define how AI-generated outreach is checked across multiple teams and grow new-hire onboarding for key sales roles.

You will work directly with sales leadership on a small team where your impact is visible, building curricula and materials that scale with evolving processes and tooling.

Qualifications

• Experience in copy editing, for AI output or human-written content.
• Background supporting revenue client-facing teams in an enablement capacity.
• Experience creating and editing marketing materials for client-facing revenue teams.
• Experience testing, editing, and troubleshooting AI prompts.
• Experience creating and maintaining new-hire onboarding materials.
• Advanced level of English.

Responsibilities

• Edit AI-generated sequences, templates, and messaging to meet quality standards before release, refining prompts to improve output at the source.
