Job summary
BairesDev is seeking a Senior AI Engineer to contribute to architecture decisions for an enterprise-scale AI platform. You will help design multi-agent orchestration, including skill invocation and routing, and support retrieval across data sources.
Ideal candidates bring Python, production experience with agentic/LLM platforms, LangChain/LangGraph familiarity, and strong English. This is a 100% remote role with global impact and competitive USD compensation.
Qualifications
- Proficient in Python with production experience in AI platforms.
- Experience building agentic or LLM platforms in production environments.
- Familiar with LangChain and LangGraph for multi-agent orchestration.
- Experience with LLM evaluation strategies, offline evals or datasets.
- Experience with RAG over structured and unstructured sources.
- Experience with React and TypeScript in front-end contexts.
- Distributed systems experience and REST/GraphQL on AWS.
- Advanced English proficiency.
Responsibilities
- Contribute to architecture decisions for enterprise-scale AI platform.
- Design multi-agent orchestration and tool invocation.

- Build and evolve evaluation harness for AI systems.
