BairesDev is seeking a Forward Deployed Engineer to build and deploy AI-native applications, turning modern full-stack prototypes into production systems that deliver immediate business value.

You will design AI/LLM integrations, work with customer engineering teams on scoping and rollout, and develop with TypeScript or Python, using AI-assisted tools to accelerate delivery. Join a remote, globally distributed team with flexible hours and growth opportunities.

Formación

• 4+ years of experience in Full-stack Development or Software Engineering.
• Proven expertise in building AI-native applications and production AI/LLM integrations.
• Advanced proficiency in TypeScript or Python.
• Hands-on experience with agent design and AI-assisted coding tools like Cursor, Claude Code, or Copilot.
• Strong background in full-stack delivery and managing production-grade AI workflows.
• Advanced proficiency in English.

Responsabilidades

• Design and implement production-grade AI/LLM integrations and agentic workflows to meet specific customer needs.
• Embed with customer engineering teams to lead technical scoping, system design, and the end-to-end production rollout.
• Develop full-stack applications using modern stacks like TypeScript or Python, ensuring high-quality delivery.
• Utilize AI-assisted coding tools to accelerate the development lifecycle and optimize system performance.
• Partner with product and research teams to share field feedback and influence core platform roadmaps.
• Codify repeatable integration patterns and deployment playbooks to scale AI adoption across the organization.
