Job summary

BairesDev in a fully remote role seeks a GTM Manager who partners with Growth Marketing and US-based sales leaders. This hands-on IC role blends account-based campaign execution with building AI-powered automations to guide sellers when to act, using tools like Claude among others.

You will plan multi-channel campaigns, map processes, build data, report outcomes, and test new channels while scaling effective plays to grow pipeline and revenue.

Qualifications

• 2+ years leading ABM programs with sales partners.
• 2+ years building seller automations (signals, routing, enrichment).
• 2+ years working with US-based B2B teams.
• Hands-on multi-channel campaigns across at least three channels (email, LinkedIn, Ads, direct mail).

Responsibilities

• Plan and run ABM campaigns across email, LinkedIn, Ads, and direct mail.
• Map processes and build automation to alert sellers.
• Maintain target-account lists and enriched CRM data.
• Report weekly on meetings, opportunities, deals and revenue.
• Test new channels and scale successful plays.
