The role emphasizes cross-functional leadership, risk management, and strategic alignment with Sales and Account Management. Global operations enable flexible schedules and remote collaboration.

Formación

• 5+ years of experience in process-related areas.
• Academic background in Engineering, Accounting, IT, or Business Administration.
• Knowledge of AI and advanced English skills.

Responsabilidades

• Monitor and review client accounts across commercial, operational, and financial aspects.
• Review processes and propose improvements to achieve BairesDev goals.
• Identify risks and opportunities and escalate as needed.
• Leverage AI to automate processes in Professional Services.
• Audit data, client communications, and meetings for accuracy.
• Collaborate with Account Managers and Sales Reps to ensure task compliance.
