Job summary

Overseas is seeking a Senior HR Director to build the people function from scratch. You will own talent acquisition, executive recruitment, organizational design, and performance management while Head HR operations and compliance for a distributed US-centric team.

You will recruit C-suite and senior leaders, design scalable HR processes, and drive an accountability culture across the organization. This is a 100% remote, full-time role requiring alignment with US Central Standard Time business

Qualifications

Senior HR leadership experience in a growing company.
Experience conducting senior-level executive searches and closes.
Strong exposure to US employment practices and compliance.

Responsibilities

Own talent acquisition across the org and executive search.
Design and implement HR systems, performance management, and onboarding.
Head HR operations, employee relations, and policies in a scalable way.
Oversee organizational design and leadership development with accountability KPIs.
Ensure compliance with US employment regulations across distributed teams.
Lead change initiatives and maintain clear communication with senior leadership.
