Job summary

Trolley is seeking a leader to own the global talent operations function for a client program. You will manage a multi-role, multi-country workforce, ensuring budgetary discipline, high-quality shortlists and compliant contractor management.

You report to the CEO and collaborate with client finance, legal and operational leaders to align terms, budgets and timelines. The role emphasizes scalable processes, automation and strong governance across regions.

Qualifications

• Run a global talent operations function with P&L oversight
• Strong financial controls: budgeting, forecasting, payroll, cash flow
• Global hiring knowledge: contractor/employee classification and local laws
• Fluent in English and Spanish; excellent written communication
• Advanced use of AI in daily workflows

Responsibilities

• Own the unit's P&L, budget, forecast and cash view with monthly budget-versus-actual reporting.
• Develop a workforce plan and hiring calendar delivering ~30 hires over 6–7 months.
• Manage payroll, contractor payments, invoicing and collections with audit-ready records.
• Oversee the core team and recruiter pool with capacity planning and performance releases.
• Lead screening, assessments and final top-five shortlist before client approval.
• Negotiate contractor agreements, statements of work and work authorization with counsel.
• Oversee onboarding/offboarding, vendors and recruitment tech with AI automation to reduce spend.
• Produce weekly, monthly and quarterly reports and documented playbooks to scale operations.
