Job summary

Veralto is seeking an HR Process Owner to lead end-to-end global HR processes from policy to execution. You will partner with Centers of Excellence, HR Shared Services, IT, and regional teams to ensure scalable, compliant processes that drive high-quality talent outcomes across LATAM and beyond.

Based in a remote LATAM setup, you will own governance, standard work, and continuous improvement initiatives, with a focus on data quality and automation opportunities through Workday and other HR

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree or equivalent; 7+ years in HR operations or shared services.
• Experience in global or matrixed environments.
• Ability to present process performance data to senior stakeholders.
• Experience with Workday or comparable HRIS.

Responsibilities

• Translate global process designs into scalable standards.
• Own lifecycle execution for HR processes such as compensation planning and enrollment.
• Manage project plans, cadences, risks, and escalations.
• Establish governance, KPI reporting, and compliance alignment.
• Collaborate with IT, Legal, and regional teams to enable design and automation.
• Develop training materials and process maps for regions.
