ecoligo is seeking a People Operations Manager to manage global HR operations from Chile and support offices worldwide. You will oversee employee data, contracts, policies, and benefits while coordinating payroll with providers in several countries and ensuring smooth onboarding and offboarding for remote staff.

The role requires 3+ years in HR operations, strong knowledge of Chilean employment law, and excellent English; German/German-speaking knowledge is a plus given our HQ in Europe.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in HR operations, People Operations, or similar hands-on HR role.
• Solid understanding of Chilean employment law and HR practices; knowledge of other LATAM countries is a plus.
• Experience coordinating payroll across countries; multi-country payroll experience is a plus.
• Experience coordinating recruitment processes and working with candidates and hiring managers.
• Experience with digital HR tools and systems; interest in automation to improve processes.
• Very good level of English; Spanish fluency required for Chilean context.

Responsabilités

• Manage global HR operations across Chile and international locations (Costa Rica, Ghana, Kenya, Germany).
• Coordinate monthly payroll processes with local providers in multiple countries.
• Oversee onboarding and offboarding for employees in different countries, including remote workers.
• Manage recruitment processes across locations, coordinating job postings, screenings, and interviews.
• Identify opportunities to simplify and automate recurring HR tasks and document processes.
• Coordinate employee engagement surveys, team events, and performance management cycles.
• Provide administrative support to Head of LATAM.
