Assetara Limited is seeking a Remote HR Recruiter & Video Interview Specialist in Santiago, Chile. You will source candidates, schedule interviews across time zones, and conduct first-round video interviews for a wide range of international positions.

You will report directly to top management and maintain daily candidate pipelines. You will need excellent English, strong on-camera presence, and a professional, proactive approach to screening, scheduling, and reporting.

Formación

• Excellent spoken English with clear diction and camera presence.
• Prior experience in candidate sourcing, screening, or virtual assistance is preferred.
• Dedicated home office with webcam, microphone, and reliable high-speed internet.

Responsabilidades

• Publish open job positions across free recruitment channels, job boards, and social media.
• Review and process candidate resumes provided by the company.
• Coordinate interview schedules across time zones via Email and WhatsApp.
