Job summary

ecoligo is seeking a People Operations Manager (f/m/x) based in Chile to run our global HR operations and optimize how we work across our international locations. You will collaborate with our Head of People & IT in Germany and support employees in Chile, Costa Rica, Ghana, Kenya, and beyond.

You will manage day-to-day HR tasks, payroll coordination across countries, onboarding/offboarding, and international recruitment, while driving automation and process improvements in a small, international

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in HR operations, People Operations, or similar hands-on HR role.
• Solid understanding of Chilean employment law and HR practices; knowledge of Latin American payroll requirements is a plus.
• Experience coordinating payroll and working with external payroll providers; multi-country payroll experience is a plus.
• Experience coordinating recruitment processes and collaborating with candidates and hiring managers.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day People Operations across Chile and international locations.
• Coordinate monthly payroll processes with local payroll providers.
• Coordinate onboarding and offboarding for employees in different countries, including remote environments.
• Support international recruitment from job postings to interviews and hiring coordination.
• Identify opportunities to streamline and automate recurring HR tasks and maintain clear processes.
