Hitachi Energy Chile seeks an experienced contract professional to administer, consult, and negotiate contracts with external customers. You will develop pre-sales strategies, structure proposals and bids, and ensure contractual obligations are met.

The role requires an Electrical/Electronic engineering background, 3 years in similar positions, and strong English. Knowledge of tender processes for substation protection & control is valued.

Formación

• Electrical or Electronic Engineer/Technician background required.
• Minimum 3 years in similar contract/bid roles.
• Intermediate/Advanced English language skills.
• Experience preparing technical and commercial Tender/Bid/Offers for protection & control systems.
• Desirable familiarity with Salesforce and SAP Cockpit Module.

Responsabilidades

• Drafts and negotiates contracts; develops pre-sales contract strategies.
• Prepares technical, financial, and project management aspects of bids with pricing.
• Coordinates bid/estimate planning to meet quality procedures and deadlines.
• Manages external services such as translations and government approvals.
• Documents offers and orders; reports bid status and analyzes win/loss reasons.
• Ensures compliance with external and internal regulations and guidelines.
