Almaaventurera is seeking a Remote Client Support Representative – Travel to assist clients throughout their travel journey. In this fully remote role, you will be a key point of contact for travelers, providing support before, during, and after their trips to ensure a smooth and positive experience.

The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, customer service experience in travel or hospitality, and the ability to work independently in a remote setting while learning new systems

Formación

• Experience in customer service, travel, or hospitality environments.
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
• Highly organized, dependable, and detail-oriented in a remote setting.
• Willingness to learn new booking systems and digital tools quickly.

Responsabilidades

• Support clients remotely via email, phone, and messaging platforms.
• Address travel-related inquiries in a timely, professional manner.
• Assist with itinerary changes, cancellations, updates, and special requests.
• Provide clear information on destinations, travel requirements, and agency processes.
• Monitor upcoming trips and proactively communicate with clients as needed.
• Resolve issues efficiently while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
