Almaaventurera is seeking a Remote Client Support Representative – Travel to assist clients throughout their travel journey. This fully remote role places you as a key contact for travelers, providing support before, during, and after trips to ensure a smooth experience.

The ideal candidate will have strong written and verbal communication, customer service experience in travel or related fields, and the ability to work independently in a remote environment while learning new systems and booking

Responsabilidades

• Support clients remotely via email, phone, and messaging platforms.
• Respond to travel-related inquiries in a timely, professional manner.
• Assist with itinerary changes, cancellations, updates, and special requests.
• Provide clear information on destinations, travel requirements, and agency processes.
• Monitor upcoming trips and proactively communicate with clients as needed.
• Resolve issues efficiently while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
