Almaaventurera is seeking a Remote Travel Customer Representative to support travelers before, during, and after their trips in a 100% work-from-home role. You will assist clients with travel questions, provide trip support, and ensure a smooth experience from start to finish.
The ideal candidate is highly organized, enjoys helping others, and is excited about remote work in the travel industry. Training is provided and you will join a collaborative remote team with industry perks.
Formación
- Experience in customer service roles (travel, hospitality, or call center) preferred.
- Ability to learn new systems quickly.
- Comfortable working remotely and independently.
Responsabilidades
- Assist clients remotely via email, phone, and messaging platforms.
- Answer travel-related inquiries in a clear, professional, and friendly manner.
- Support itinerary updates, cancellations, changes, and special requests.
- Provide guidance on destinations, travel requirements, and agency procedures.
- Monitor upcoming trips and proactively communicate with clients when needed.
- Resolve issues efficiently while maintaining a positive customer experience.
