Formación

• Customer service experience in travel, hospitality, or support roles.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Highly organized, dependable and detail-oriented.
• Able to work independently in a fully remote role.
• Fast learner with new systems and booking platforms.

Responsabilidades

• Assist clients via email, phone, and messaging.
• Provide travel information, updates, and itineraries.
• Support itinerary changes, cancellations, and special requests.
• Monitor trips and proactively communicate with clients.
