Mercor’s Talent Success team is hiring for a remote talent-support specialist focused on delivering a delightful end-to-end experience for applicants and users. The role involves triaging bugs with our engineering team, investigating issues in a SaaS-native environment, and maintaining a friendly, native-English communication style throughout interactions.

This remote position requires 6 days per week with substantial overlap with Pacific Time, and is open to candidates residing in Latin

Formación

• Debug modern web applications and triage user issues.
• Experience with building or supporting web apps (React, Node, Next.js, Flask).
• Familiarity with AI systems, LLMs, and prompting techniques.

Responsabilidades

• Investigate talent-reported issues end-to-end and reproduce bugs.
• Debug across AI + SaaS stack using logs, telemetry, and DB queries.
• Triaging issues and guiding users with clear, precise guidance.
• Surface patterns and risks to engineering/product leadership.
• Create runbooks to reduce repeat issues and speed resolutions.
• Communicate with professionalism and empathy.
