Formación

• Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field.
• 2-5 years of experience supporting customers on modern web applications.
• Comfortable with AI and modern API systems.

Responsabilidades

• Investigate and triage talent-reported issues end-to-end.
• Debug using telemetry, logs, and database queries.
• Create documentation to reduce repeat issues and improve resolution.
