Mercor is hiring for a remote Talent Success Support role focused on delivering a delightful user experience for candidates using our platform. You will triage issues, debug across AI/SaaS stacks, and communicate clearly with applicants in a professional, upbeat tone in English.

You’ll work with engineering to reproduce bugs, identify root causes, and share learnings that reduce friction. The role requires strong web app debugging skills, AI tool familiarity, and 2–5 years of customer-facing

Formación

• Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
• 2–5 years in supporting web applications or SaaS.
• Experience with modern web stacks (React, Node, Flask, Next.js).
• Familiar with AI systems, LLMs, agents, or generative models.
• Understanding AI tool behavior, prompts, and debugging techniques.

Responsabilidades

• Investigate talent-reported issues end-to-end: reproduce bugs and identify root causes.
• Debug across AI + SaaS stack using telemetry, logs, and DB queries.
• Triage issues and guide users with precise, empathetic guidance.
• Surface product risks and patterns to engineering and leadership.
• Create clear runbooks to reduce repeat issues and speed resolution.
• Communicate with precision and professionalism.
