Mercor is seeking a dedicated Talent Success agent to support users across our AI-led interview and job application platform. You will triage issues, reproduce bugs, and provide rapid, friendly assistance while maintaining a professional tone.

This role is remote, 6 days per week, with substantial overlap with Pacific Time and is open only to candidates in Latin America. You will work with engineering to diagnose problems and help users navigate the platform.

Formación

• Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related technical field from a top-tier institution or equivalent experience.
• Experience building modern web applications (React, Node, Flask, Next.js, etc.) or 2-5 years supporting customers on such web applications.
• Comfortable with AI systems and large language models.
• Experience exploring AI tools (fine-tuning, prompts, chain-of-thought) and agents.
• Understanding AI APIs and agent frameworks is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Investigate talent-reported issues end-to-end: reproduce bugs, identify root causes, and model edge cases.
• Debug across our AI + SaaS stack using telemetry, logs, network inspection, and database queries.
• Triage with sound judgment—elevate true engineering issues and resolve others via configuration or guidance.
• Surface systemic patterns and product risks to engineering and leadership.
• Create clear documentation and runbooks to reduce repeat issues and speed resolution.
• Communicate with precision, professionalism, and empathy.
