Candidates should have experience in web application debugging, familiarity with AI tools, and a strong technical background. The role requires substantial overlap with Pacific Time working hours and is open to those residing in Latin America.

Formación

• 2-5 years of experience supporting customers on web applications.
• Ability to understand model outputs and failure modes.
• Familiarity with AI APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic) or agent frameworks.

Responsabilidades

• Investigate talent-reported issues end-to-end.
• Debug across AI + SaaS stack using telemetry and logs.
• Create clear documentation and runbooks.
