Job summary

AudienceView is seeking a Payment & Fraud Prevention Specialist in Chile. You will lead onboarding for AV Pay and fraud tools, support clients, and resolve payment issues.

You’ll analyze transactions, detect fraud patterns, and collaborate with product and engineering to improve workflows and outcomes. The role emphasizes cross-functional collaboration, client communication, and strong analytical skills, with remote-first work and focus on delivering reliable payment processing and fraud

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of experience in payment operations, fraud analysis, risk management, client support, or similar.
• Experience with payment gateways and processing vendors; familiarity with fraud detection tools.
• Strong client service skills and technical aptitude in payment systems.
• Excellent analytical, troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
• Attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools (Excel, Power BI) and monitoring systems.
• Excellent verbal and written communication for client interactions and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Lead onboarding for new clients to AV Pay and fraud prevention tools.
• Provide ongoing client support and resolve AV Pay issues across products.
• Investigate and resolve payment processing issues with vendors.
• Analyze transactions to identify potentially fraudulent activity and mitigate risk.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and client teams to improve workflows.
