Formación

Responsabilidades

• Prepare call reports and meetings; provide research on products, markets and clients.

• Monitor and follow up on AML client inquiries.

J.P. Morgan Chase’s Corporate & Investment Bank is seeking a new member to join the Chile-based Payments Sales team covering Financial Institutions.

The team manages and grows correspondent banking relationships across the region, driving portfolio growth, deepening client engagement, and managing counterparty and compliance risks across cash management, clearing, and cross‑border payment flows.

Job Responsibilities:

• Support the Payments Sales Manager (PSM) and actively engage in client presentations, proposals and monthly revenue reviews.

• Track client relationships and help identify new deal opportunities
• Support deal creation and management throughout the deal lifecycle.
• Call report and meeting preparation – provide research on products, markets and/or clients
• Advance all aspects of KYC preparation and become a key contact for approval of new clients and renewals
• Assist PSM with review of client billing statements
• Monitor and follow-up on AML client inquiries

Required Qualifications, Skills and Capabilities:

• Recent university graduate or near graduation with a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, International Relations, or a related field.
• Fluent in English; strong written and verbal communication suitable for client‑facing materials. English is critical for day-to-day activities in this role.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word).
• Strong attention to detail, organization, and follow‑through; able to manage multiple workstreams and deadlines.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and summarize insights for decision making.
• Team‑oriented with a proactive, ownership mindset and high standards for integrity and controls.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Relevant coursework or experience in finance, banking, payments, or financial services is encouraged but not required.
